Invitations to the Annual Spring Meeting

The CCTG Annual Spring Meeting of Participants is almost here, if you are planning meetings and/or attending the Spring Meeting please read the information below:

  • Full-funded invitations were sent out on February 19, 2019
  • Non-funded invitations will be sent by March 6, 2019
  • Centre Nominations Program (CNP) will be sent to Centre Representatives and contact CRAs on February 20, 2019. The deadline for submitting nominations is March 6, 2019.

Registration and Meeting Information: Once you receive your invitation to the Annual Spring Meeting, you can register. If you did not receive an invitation you can request one starting March 6, 2019 when the request for an invitation opens.

Travel and hotel information: A draft Schedule of Events, meetings policies, including the Invitation Policy, Registration Policy, and Travel Reimbursement Policy can also be found on the 2019 Spring Meeting webpage. All Meeting Participants should review this information carefully so they are clear on the type of invitation they have received and the funding support associated with their invitation.

What is the CCTG Spring Meeting?

The Canadian Cancer Trials Group Annual Spring Meeting of Participants represents a major gathering of the Canadian oncology community where trials that cover the spectrum of cancer treatment are designed and reviewed. Traditionally, the meeting includes discussions of trials that are in development, under conduct or have results to be shared.
