Meeting Invitations If you are planning meetings and/or attending the Spring Meeting be sure to read your invitation carefully so you are clear on the the funding support associated with your invitation. Full-funded invitations have been sent Centre nominations are completed Non-funded invitations sent beginning of March The "request for an invitation" opens beginning of March Registration Once you receive your e-invitation you can register online. Online registration closes April 19. Meeting Information Meeting information is available on the 2023 Spring Meeting web page and includes: Schedule of events Hotel and travel information - book your accommodation by March 31st. Travel reimbursement policy - read the travel reimbursement policy carefully. Travel that does not follow the guidelines outlined in the policy will not be reimbursed.
