The 2023 CCTG Annual Spring Meeting of Participants

The CCTG Annual Spring Meeting of Participants will be held Friday, April 28 to Sunday, April 30 at the Chelsea Hotel, Toronto. As we close in on the meeting, we will continue to keep you updated on all of the deadlines, so stay tuned!

 

Meeting Invitations

If you are planning meetings and/or attending the Spring Meeting be sure to read your invitation carefully so you are clear on the the funding support associated with your invitation.

  • Full-Funded invitations will be sent the week of February 6.
  • The Centre Nomination Program (CNP) will be sent to Centre Representatives and Contact CRAs the week of February 6th.
  • The deadline for submitting nominations is February 24.
  • Non-funded invitations will be sent the end of February.
  • The "Request for an invitation" opens the end of February.

Registration

Once you receive your e-invitation you can register online. Online registration closes April 19.

Registering before hand saves you time when arriving at the meeting, as you have already completed the Confidentiality Agreement (Undertaking). Your printed name tag will be ready to pick up at the Registration Desk when you sign in at the hotel. 

Meeting Information

Meeting information will be available on the 2023 Spring Meeting web page the week of February 6 and includes:

  • Schedule of Events - view the schedule of events to ensure you are booking travel and hotel accordingly.
  • Hotel and travel information - book your accommodation by March 31st.
  • Travel Reimbursement Policy - read the travel reimbursement policy carefully. Travel that does not follow the guidelines outlined in the policy will not be reimbursed.
  • Additional policies include: the Invitation Policy, Registration Policy, and Travel Allotment Policy.
