Canada's Clinical Research Workforce strategy invites clinical research professionals and organizations in the CCTG Network to participate in the CRP exchange

Network of Networks (N2) Canada's Clinical Research Workforce Strategy
On behalf of the Network of Networks (N2), and Munaza Jamil, National Director of Canada's Clinical Research Workforce Strategy, CCTG is inviting network sites and CRAs' to participate in a national community conversation series, the "CRP Exchange", designed to elevate the voices and experiences of clinical research professionals (CRPs) across Canada.

Canada's Clinical Research Workforce Strategy, CCTG is inviting network sites and CRAs' support and participation to a national community conversation series, the "CRP Exchange", designed to elevate the voices and experiences of clinical research professionals (CRPs) across Canada. The CRP Exchange is designed to be easy and flexible to participate in. An individual team, department, program, research unit, or group of colleagues can host a session. By hosting a one-time, 90-minute conversation-in person, virtually, or in a hybrid format-you’ll create an opportunity for CRPs to share their experiences, identify challenges and opportunities, and contribute practical ideas for strengthening Canada’s clinical research workforce. A ready-to-use toolkit will be provided.

Every conversation contributes to a broader national picture. Insights gathered through The CRP Exchange will be synthesized into a national “What We Heard” report to help inform future workforce initiatives, priorities, and solutions. By hosting a session, you’ll also be recognized for helping advance Canada’s clinical research workforce and ensuring that the perspectives of CRPs in your community are part of the national conversation.
