The CCTG Annual Spring Meeting of Participants is fast approaching! We are excited to share important updates and additional information. Please take a moment to review the details below and refer to the documents located on the Spring Meeting Web Page.

Meeting invitations

  • Full-Funded Invitations have been sent.
  • Centre Nominations are completed.
  • Non-Funded Invitations have been sent.
  • The "Request for an Invitation" portal is now open.

Requesting an invitation

If you did not receive an Invitation and would like to attend the Annual Spring Meeting, please visit the Spring Meeting Web Page and go to "Registration". The deadline for ‘Request an Invitation’ is April 8th.

Pre-Register now!

Once you receive your Invitation, you can register online. Online registration closes April 10th.

  • Registering beforehand saves you time when arriving at the meeting, as you have already completed the Confidentiality Agreement (Undertaking).
  • Your printed name tag will be ready for pick-up at the Registration Desk when you sign in at the hotel. 

Meeting information

Meeting information is available on the 2025 Spring Meeting Web Page  and includes:

  • Schedule of Events - view the schedule of events to ensure you are booking travel and hotel accordingly.
  • Hotel and Travel Information - book your accommodation by March 21st.
  • Reimbursement Policy - read the Reimbursement Policy carefully. Expenses that do not follow the guidelines outlined in the policy will not be reimbursed.
  • Additional policies and information includes: Invitation Policy, Registration Policy, and FAQ.

Friday, April 25

  • 4:30pm to 5:30pm: CCTG Plenary Session
  • 5:30pm to 6:00pm: CCTG Award Ceremony
  • 6:00pm to 7:30pm: CCTG Welcome Reception

Saturday, April 26

  • 4:30pm to 5:00pm: CCTG Annual General Meeting
  • 5:00pm to 6:00pm: Maria Ricci Memorial Lectureship in Oncology - Title and Lecturer forthcoming
