The CCTG Annual Spring Meeting of Participants will be held Friday, May 3 to Sunday, May 5 at the Chelsea Hotel in Toronto. Here are some updates if you are planning on joining us.

Meeting Invitations

If you are planning meetings and/or attending the Spring Meeting be sure to read your Invitation carefully so you are clear on the funding support associated with your Invitation.

  • Full-Funded Invitations have been sent.
  • The Centre Nomination Program (CNP) has been sent to Centre Representatives and Contact CRAs. The deadline for submitting nominations is February 29.
  • Non-Funded Invitations will be sent beginning of March.
  • The "Request for an Invitation" portal opens beginning of March.

Registration

  • Once you receive your Invitation, you can register online. Online registration closes April 19.
  • Registering before hand saves you time when arriving at the meeting, as you have already completed the Confidentiality Agreement (Undertaking). 
  • Your printed name tag will be ready for pick-up at the Registration Desk when you sign in at the hotel. 

Meeting Information

Meeting information is available on the 2024 Spring Meeting Web Page and includes:

  • Schedule of Events - view the schedule of events to ensure you are booking travel and hotel accordingly.
  • Funded Participants - Hotel and Travel Information
  • Travel Reimbursement Policy - read the Travel Reimbursement Policy carefully. Travel that does not follow the guidelines outlined in the policy will not be reimbursed.
  • Additional policies and information include: the Invitation Policy, Registration Policy, Travel Allotment Policy and FAQ.

Saturday, May 4

  • 4:30pm to 5:00pm: CCTG Annual General Meeting 
  • 5:00pm to 6:00pm: The Maria Ricci Memorial Lectureship in Oncology - Title and Lecturer forthcoming
