2024 CCTG Annual Spring Meeting - Updates

 

Meeting Invitations

If you are planning meetings and/or attending the Spring Meeting, be sure to read your Invitation carefully so you are clear on the the funding support associated with your Invitation.

  • Full-Funded Invitations have been sent
  • Centre Nominations are completed
  • Non-Funded Invitations have been sent
  • The "Request for an Invitation" portal is now open

Requesting an Invitation

If you did not receive an Invitation and would like to attend the Annual Spring Meeting, please visit the Spring Meeting Web Page and go to "Registration". The deadline to Request an Invitation is April 17.

 

Pre-Register now!

Once you receive your Invitation, you can register online. Online registration closes April 19.
  • Registering beforehand saves you time when arriving at the meeting, as you have already completed the Confidentiality Agreement (Undertaking). 
  • Your printed name tag will be ready for pick-up at the Registration Desk when you sign in at the hotel. 

Meeting Information

Meeting information is available on the Spring Meeting Web Page and includes:

  • Schedule of Events - view the Schedule of Events to ensure you are booking travel and hotel accordingly.
  • Hotel and Travel Information - book your accommodation now!
  • Travel Reimbursement Policy - Please read carefully as travel that does not follow the guidelines outlined in the policy will not be reimbursed.
  • Additional policies and information include: the Invitation Policy, Registration Policy, Travel Allotment Policy and FAQ.

  • 4:30pm to 5:00pm: CCTG Annual General Meeting 
  • 5:00pm to 6:00pm: The Maria Ricci Memorial Lectureship in Oncology - Title and Lecturer forthcoming
