Wednesday, July 22, 2026 The SC.28 SEAMLESS Study: A Pragmatic Multi-Site Randomized Waitlist-Controlled Trial of a Smartphone App-Based Mindfulness Intervention for French and English Speaker Cancer Survivors has closed to accrual with 300 participants randomized to the study. The purpose of this study is to test if a mindfulness program (Mindfulness Based Cancer Survivorship (MBCS) Journey) delivered through a mobile Am Mindfulness smartphone application can reduce ongoing psychosocial symptoms such as stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, and fear of cancer recurrence or progression that are often experienced by survivors.
