Lynn Dwernychuk Award for Excellence in Clinical Trials Conduct

Lynn Dwernychuk serves as the Director of Clinical Research at the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency and holds an Adjunct Professorship with the College of Graduate Studies and Research at the University of Saskatchewan. In her capacity as Director, Lynn oversees a comprehensive research portfolio that includes both the Allan Blair Cancer Centre in Regina and the Saskatoon Cancer Centre, fostering an environment of innovation and collaboration in cancer research across Saskatchewan.

She is the Chair of the Canada Clinical Trials Group (CCTG) Clinical Research Associates Executive Committee, a member of the Canadian Cancer Clinical Trials Network (3CTN) Performance Strategy Sub-Committee, Chair of Canadian Remote Access Framework for Clinical Trials - CRAFT 2.0 Working Group (Inter provincial Trial Collaboration) and holds a position on the Alliance Oncology Nursing Board.  Lynn is actively engaged as co-PI in numerous interdisciplinary research projects, clinical trials, and quality improvement initiatives that bring together experts from diverse fields to address pressing challenges in oncology. Her work is featured in peer-reviewed journals, contributing to the scientific community’s understanding of cancer treatment efficacy, patient safety, and quality of life. Lynn is committed to advancing cancer research, improving patient care standards, and supporting the next generation of researchers through mentorship and academic engagement.
