Wednesday, June 17, 2026 The Quality of Life (QOL) Committee is currently seeking two individuals with enthusiastic interest in the measurement of patient-reported outcomes (PROs) in cancer clinical trials. One will focus on brain cancer and one on supportive care. Ideal candidates would have either formal methodologic training in measurement sciences or equivalent experience, and one or both should be active in PRO science research. Experience in the field of oncology is highly desirable. Clinical and non-clinical applicants are welcome.The CCTG Quality of Life CommitteeThe QoL Committee is a standing committee established in 1987 to consider quality of life endpoints in phase III clinical trials, and to promote research addressing best practices addressing these endpoints. The committee is comprised of oncologists with expertise in quality of life evaluation, scientists with expertise in the field, research associates, and patient representatives.
