2025 CCTG Annual Spring Meeting is only 2 weeks away!

Online preregistration closes April 10
Preregistering online through your e-invitation will ensure a faster on-site registration process as you will have already completed the Undertaking of Confidentiality, and your name tag will be ready for pick-up.

If you have received an e-invitation and cannot locate it in your inbox, trash or spam folders, you can request to have your e-invitation re-sent by following these four easy steps:
1.    Go to our Spring Meeting Web Page
2.    Click the "Registration" tab
3.    Click "Registration for Annual Spring Meeting of Participants"
4.    Click here if you have misplaced your e-Invitation/PIN#"

On-site registration – Located on the 2nd floor of the Chelsea Hotel
If you did not receive an invitation to Spring Meeting, you can register on-site by going to the registration desk for non-registrants. If you pre-registered on-line, you will need to go to the registration desk to sign-in, pick-up your name tag and materials. BEAT the FRIDAY morning line-up and register on-site Thursday until 8:00pm!! If you are at the hotel on Thursday and want to beat the Friday morning line-up, come to the 2nd floor and collect your name tag!

#CCTG2025 Meeting Highlights - events you don't want to miss!

Friday, April 25:

  • Plenary Session - 4:30pm to 5:30pm: The session will be showcasing CCTG trials and activities (RCPSC accredited).
  • Awards Ceremony - 5:30 - 6:00pm: Every year CCTG engages with our national network to identify and recognize individuals who have contributed significantly to the mission and activities of the Group.
  • Welcome Reception - 6:00pm to 7:30pm: A great opportunity to network! Attendees are invited to enjoy an array of appetizers, refreshments, and there will be a cash bar available.

Saturday, April 26:

  • CCTG Annual General Meeting - 4:30pm to 5:00pm: The General Meeting is an opportunity to update all meeting attendees on the State of the Group.  
  • Maria Ricci Memorial Lectureship in Oncology - 5:00pm to 6:00pm: Please join us with guest lecturer, Dr. Jim Woodgett, The Marathon of Hope Cancer Centres Network – Past, Present and Future (RCPSC accredited).
