Deadline to claim credits is May 31, 2021 Wednesday, May 26, 2021 Claiming credits and receiving your certificate Participants wanting to claim credits must use our CME Evaluation Program available in the CCTG Spring Meeting Virtual Event Platform and the Spring Meeting Webpage. You will be asked to evaluate the accredited meeting(s) attended, indicate the number of hours attended, and answer some general questions. Upon completion, you will be able to print your certificate. The certificate meeting date is March 24 - April 25, which reflects other accredited meetings held prior to the Virtual Spring Meeting. This certificate will be accepted by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, but we cannot guarantee the certificate will be accepted by other associations or groups (e.g. CRAs [SoCRA] or Pharmacists).
