Dr. Kim Nguyen Chi is a medical oncologist and the Chief Medical Officer of BC Cancer, a senior research scientist at Vancouver Prostate Centre and a professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of British Columbia (UBC). He is the past CCTG Co-Chair of the Genitourinary Disease Site and has received national and international recognition for his contributions to prostate cancer research. Dr. Chi's research is focused in the area of genitourinary cancers with a special interest in prostate cancer and investigational new drugs. This includes phase I, II and III clinical trials, mechanisms of treatment resistance and predictive and prognostic biomarkers. “I have been honoured to have been the co-chair the GU Disease Site Committee.
