Manager, Early Drug Development Program As Manager of the Early Drug Development Program (EDDP) at the Canadian Cancer Trials Group (CCTG), Pamela is responsible for overseeing and managing CCTG processes and personnel that relate to study administration (protocol development, trial activation, conduct and closure), clinical data management, and quality assurance and consistency for trials in the EDDP and for the long term planning, development and implementation of these activities to ensure that they are consistent with CCTG and EDDP strategic directions and accountabilities. Pamela works in partnership with the Manager, Office of Clinical Trials Management (OCTM) to ensure consistency across the broader CCTG trials portfolio and in a collaborative manner with other CCTG portfolio managers and represents the Group in interactions with external partners and stakeholders, and is a member of the Group’s Oversight Committees. Pamela completed a Doctor of Philosophy in Pharmacology and Toxicology at Queen’s University before joining CCTG in 2012 where she has since held previous roles as Study Coordinator and Quality Leader within the EDDP and Quality Lead within the OCTM.
